Free Offline AI Calorie Tracker

Upload a photo of your meal and get an estimated food name, calories, protein, carbs, and fat. The AI vision model runs inside your browser, so the photo is analyzed on your device and never uploaded.

Best for: A plate of food with no label, like a home-cooked meal.

What leaves your device: Nothing. The photo stays on your device.

Free Food Barcode Scanner

Scan a packaged food's barcode with your camera, type the number, or upload a photo, and see its calories, protein, carbs, and fat. Change the amount to match the portion you ate.

Best for: Packaged foods with a barcode, like snacks, drinks, and groceries.

What leaves your device: Only the barcode number, sent to Open Food Facts.

Protein per Calorie Calculator

Enter calories and protein from any nutrition label, or pick one of 25 common foods, to see grams of protein per 100 calories. Add more foods to rank them side by side.

Best for: Choosing between foods when you have both a calorie goal and a protein goal.

What leaves your device: Nothing. Calculations run in your browser.

Which free nutrition tool should I use?

It depends on what's in front of you. A meal without a label needs a photo estimate, a packaged food has exact label data behind its barcode, and comparing foods for a protein goal is a calculation.

FAQ

Free tool questions

Are these nutrition tools really free?

Yes. All three tools are free to use, with no account, no sign-up, and no usage limit. They run in your web browser, so there is nothing to install. ProTrack AI makes them to show how private, on-device food tracking works.

Do I need to create an account?

No. None of the tools asks for an email, a login, or any personal details. Open the page and start using it.

Do the tools upload my photos or data?

The AI calorie tracker analyzes your photo inside your browser and never uploads it. The protein per calorie calculator does all its math in your browser. The barcode scanner sends only the barcode number to Open Food Facts to look up the product; the camera video stays on your device.

Which tools work offline?

The AI calorie tracker works offline once the page is open and its AI model has downloaded. The protein per calorie calculator works offline once the page has loaded. The barcode scanner needs an internet connection for each product lookup.

Do the tools work on iPhone and Android?

The barcode scanner and the protein per calorie calculator work in mobile and desktop browsers. The AI calorie tracker is designed for desktop computers because of its roughly 320 MB model download; on iPhone, the ProTrack AI app runs photo scanning natively.

How accurate are the results?

They are estimates for personal tracking, not medical advice. Photo estimates depend on lighting, angle, and how much of the food is visible. Barcode results depend on the product data in Open Food Facts. The protein calculator is exact math, so its accuracy depends on the numbers you enter.

Where does the nutrition data come from?

The barcode scanner uses Open Food Facts. The protein per calorie calculator uses USDA FoodData Central for its 25 common foods, and your own label values for anything you type. The AI calorie tracker estimates nutrition from the photo with an AI vision model.

ProTrack AI provides nutrition estimates for personal tracking and is not medical advice.
